Participation Info

(Make sure to read all info in its entirety.) The TwiFic Meet Up Handmade Marketplace will take place during the Official Reception on Friday evening, June 28th from 7-9 p.m. and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser! Over 200 attendees are expected and will be treated to an array of vendors specializing in (Twilight and non-Twilight themed) handmade knitted goods, art, home decor, clothing, accessories and much more! The artists/crafters will be set up in the ballroom where the reception will take place. So as people drink & mingle, they'll be able to SHOP too!! All items will be for sale by individual vendors who are invited by TFMU.

While we encourage Twilight related artist/crafters to apply, any medium is invited to apply. The fee is $35.00 and payment will be accepted via paypal which you can pay with a credit/debit card, check or bank transfer. Payments will be collected AFTER you have been accepted. Please do not send payment until instructed to do so. Once accepted, you will have 48 hours to pay your entry fee. If you do not pay this fee in the allotted time, your spot will be given to the next person on the wait list. There will be no refunds for accepted vendors under any circumstance.

 To apply, please go to the application link on the navigation bar and complete the application. All of these steps must be included for your application to be complete & considered.

 YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ON OR BEFORE MARCH 15TH IF YOUR WORK HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. 

 INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
